The Vector LIN Flash Bootloader offers a comprehensive solution for flashing via LIN. It provides a defined download method with a UDS-based diagnostic protocol. The LIN Flash Bootloader contains the same Download Manager as the one on the widely used CAN Flash Bootloader, which is already available for various automotive OEMs.
Each Flash Bootloader system is individually configured to your prescribed requirements. This means that it supports the particular diagnostic specification and other requirements of your OEM.
Vector also provides a non-OEM specific download sequence if no specific OEM is required. It contains a generic download sequence that corresponds to the UDS protocol.
